Damaged Goods
Upon receipt of your goods, the items should be inspected for any damage or faults. If upon inspection, there is a fault or damage to the item/s, you must contact us within seven days to report this. If you find that the outer packaging has been damaged in transit, please make sure that if you accept the goods, you sign the delivery note “damaged in transit�. All items must be thoroughly inspected before installation as we are unable to credit items which have been installed. By signing the delivery note without stating this, you are signing to say that the goods were received in good condition. If your item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, we will do everything possible to get the items replaced and returned to you as soon as possible. In these instances, we will need you to report the defect straight away and fill out a returns form.

Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Cancellation must be in the form of a facsimile, email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact us page along with a copy of a returns form Returns Form.
You will first need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other money due to be refunded will be refunded within thirty days of us having received the goods back into stock. This is however, on the provision that the goods are returned to us in the same condition that they were in when delivered. A payment request will be sent to you via your email address for the £20.00 collection fee or £15.50 Parcel Force fee for smaller items, as soon as we receive payment, we will arrange for the goods to be collected. Once we have received the goods back into stock, and can confirm that they are indeed in the same condition as when they were delivered, we will issue a refund.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We will not accept back any goods that have been opened, used or deemed to have been fitted. If you return goods that have been opened or used and are not suitable for re-sale, we will be unable to offer a full refund and you will be charged accordingly.
